    well bucket feeding didn't work. but her teats already looking better. i mixed triple antibiotic cream, vasoline, lanolin and bees wax. Its supper thick and sticky. so 4 hours after i put it on its still there. no scales today and nothing cracked open to bleed. yay

    I think i'm going to try bucket feeding kids tonight they eat hay and grain already too. I reapplied goop and put her back in the barn with grain (she'll do anything for grain). at chore time i'll try bucket feed kids. if that works i can milk her out and reapply. wish me luck

    my doe has chapped teats and they are cracked and bleeding. now i've put bag balm on them. but should i do anything else? she had 2 kids on her they are a month old.

    2 week old kid with a hernia

    yes vet can fix it. for a couple hundred. now the issue is thats alot of $ for a mutt I've been trying to find someone that would want him as a pet to put the $ into him but so far no go. sad but looks like he'll have to be put down.

    well its an abdominal hernia. a section of his small intestine has sliped through a hole in his ad wall. costing $200 - $300 to fix.

    anyone have any dealings with this? its on his low side right before his leg. as of now he is happy and active i know that it could change at anytime. still looking for a vet that could even give me a price on fixing it. any insite would be great.
