Very little 'farm-y' stuff happening here right now. Work screwed up all 4 shift's schedules. I got switched to days for this week with no idea yet if I have to work the weekend or not. Too many people here so I've been put back in the "Coater" lab. LOTS to learn!!!!! LOTS of hours on my feet...

The thing I love most about them is that they bloom late. They'll start in late July/ early August & go until the frost gets them.

I don't know how much rain we have gotten so far... but at 6pm this was my little creek. Normally it's about a foot wide & about 5' below the surface of the bridge. And this was down a bit from when I walked down around 5pm. All of that sand was under water then.

I got the arnicare arthritis cream. It's really been helpful in these long nights in the creel. Thanks for the info.

Final update on hatching. Monday was 21 days brooding. This morning (Fri) mom & the 3 live chicks were eager to get out of the dog crate and be loose in the coop & get to the feed & water. I'm officially calling hatching done. Out of 12 Breese eggs & 3 bym eggs; only 3 live Breese chicks to...

I LOVE your coral bells!!!!! I had several in a bed near the porch but they just disappeared. You've got a lovely variety of colors.
