Picked up two Joe Pye weed plants today. I was buying a couple bales of wheat straw at the nursery ($6/bale, woo!) and decided to check out their perennial area. The JPWs are in gallon pots, and are blooming. I'll give them a saucer of some type, then put them in the area until the autumn.

I've had UTIs without symptoms. Low back pain could be stones, or a kidney infection. I've had both of those as well.

Hoping they can figure out what's wrong. Did they test for a UTI? Kidney infection? When I was about 18 I woke up one morning with joint pain all over my body. It was so bad I couldn't put on my nylons. It lasted about a week. Doctor said it might have been a virus that affected my bones/joints.

Yes! I raised my first two batches of day-old chicks. Naomi is the fourth hen I've used for hatching/brooding, and prefer to let a broody do it. They're good at it. :D =D

Not counting chickens before they hatch, but Day 21 is this upcoming Thursday. Rahab is sitting on four eggs. Incubator has four eggs. :fl
