I'll be honest, I've never had goats milk. But our family goes through 4-6 gallons a week of store milk. Considering a milk cow but hubby says I need to get a milk goat first? ......what does it taste like??? I'm worried that it will taste weird? Also, schedules, equipment, etc. Thanks!
