I have a ewe lamb that is acting very lethargic and tired. She lays down all the time and seems to be losing weight. What could be wrong?

This isn't really a disease or injury but I find it best fit in this forum... All of my lambs (not ewes or rams, just the lambs that are under seven months) have swollen abdomens. I dont understand why. I deworm often and I don't think that's the case. Is it too much food? Grass? Salt content...

My healthiest ewe is a little over a year old and has hoof rot issues with her back hoof. I do things like soak it in bleach and coppertox. Also keep it trimmed whenever i can. Any tips on helping out with this? All is helpful. Thanks!
