My goats are sick :(

My goats are so swollen from the parasites coming back. I have pig iron but it does not say how much to give per lb. Nothing! So stressed out from all of this. Seems there is always something going on with one or all or the goats.

So,I bought this new feeder from Jeffers for like $43.00 & it's supose to be for horses. After reading the reviews, people were saying just i'ts to small for horses but they bought it for their goats... PERFECT! Set it up and my alpine goat kept getting his head stuck in it. :/ I could have...

How many have wethered goats that have beards?

So they came in huge capsule 12.5 g. Can I eyeball it by separating into = portions and sprinkle on food? I need to give 1g to 3 of my goats and 2g to my alpine. Also they where all less than a year old. Does age matter or do U just go by weight?

O.k. As some of you may know my goats just got done with their meds for having parasites and coccidia. They took Panacur for 3 days and Albon 500 mg for 5 days. Last dose was taken on Tuesday. Is it o.k. To give them both pig iron and copasure at the same time??? Also if they take the copasure...

I could get a 6 month old doe or a 3 week old buck. I'm kind of interested in getting the doe for the milk. She is willing to breed her first for babies in the spring. I need pros and cons of having a milker. How much money is involved to get started? etc. Etc. Kind of afraid of the commitment also.

Is sweet PDZ safe for goats? I was reading in backyard chickens that it works wonders in coops. What about goat sheds? I have a dirt floor.
