Slow Labor in Soay Sheep? Labor seems to stall in heat of day?

Also what are the chances I am in the long haul with this herd now that all the ewes were probably exposed in the pen? I have to get to it but thanks for your replies.

Slow Labor in Soay Sheep? Labor seems to stall in heat of day?

How common/uncommon do you find this personally in your flocks? There are management vulnerabilities here. They were in a pen for awhile being bucket trained. Also possibly over feeding for pregnancy since i was using creep and occasionally grain to bucket train daily. Though I did account for...

also I hadn't seen this elsewhere but there is really not a smell. even now. hopefully that means it hasn't been too long. but for others I was operating under the understanding I would know by smell for certain and as you can see it's been quite awhile since she could have potentially aborted.

Slow Labor in Soay Sheep? Labor seems to stall in heat of day?

Are there any diseases that would effect their udders? One ewe's is merely soft and dropped (looks almost like testicles honestly but double checked that :P ) but the one in labor has full udders. I haven't squeezed because I don't want to mess with the plug but this is the one thing I can be...
