This is a post for my neighbor,he rasies rabbit's and want's to feed his goats the rabbit feed also,I dont know if it will hurt them ,so I thought I would ask on here.
I have a Texas DAll ram,he has a nice set of horns,ecept one is growing to close to hia jaw.I have read you can train or file the horns,does anyone know how to do this,or what would be the best thing to do,the horn is just touching the hair right now.

I have aquired(long story short) 2 eight month old 3/4 nubian 1/4 alpine does. appx. 50-60 lbs and 18 & 20 inches at the withers tall, and one has a pot belly,not the other one,they both are pretty poor and the eyelide is not pink,but white.They eat,drink,poop,urinate fine.

I have a saanen doe i've been milking for the last 3 months.I want to stop with the pm milking,as I am only getting a pint each milking. Can I stop the pm milking cold turkey or how do I need to do it without causing lilly(Doe) any problems.

I had a ewe lamb twins sat. morning,the ewe lamb I going to have to pull the ewe does not have enough to feed both,so i will leave the ram lamb on her.Can i feed the lamb goat milk or do i need to get milk replacer.thank you
i have a 4 month old lamb that has took a cold ,his nose is a little runny-not bad.What do i need to give him and how much,also if he has to have shots do sheep have the same reaction's that goats can have,to injection's.

How long ae ewe's generally used for breeding? I have a 6 yo in good shape,no problems,just wondering how many goosd years she might have,as you can tell I dont know much about sheep.
