    thanks for the info.. I am guessing then that the cloudiness will not go away.. when we treated them.. there was very little eye watering. Have you heard of using foreign protein injections??

    I have 4 lowline heifers that were treated for pink eye before I got them. 2 have cloudy eyes. I just treated them again.. will the cloudiness go away (if so when)? From what I have researched it looks like stage two

    thanks... so I have angora goats that product mohair... makes sense... do you know if I only sheer them once a year, will I get longer fiber strands? or should they be sheared twice??

    I posted a question,but never got a response...so I am gonna try again. Has anyone ever but blankets on their alpacas when it's really cold?? I blanket my horses when it's below -10. thinking I may need to do the same for the alpacas.. they come in the barn at night, but planned on leaving them...

    well maybe there is hope...I do sell a few eggs, but it would take a heck of a lot of eggs to pay for the chicken coop I built.... maybe alpaca fiber is the ticket....
