What do you guys thing are the best breeds to show in a Breeding Sheep Fair Class or a Pen of Three Breeding Ewes? This is what I'm thinking of doing next year instead of Market Lambs, so I don't know what kind to get!

I have a market lamb that I'm showing at the fair in August. I've heard that letting the lambs graze will give them an undesirable potbelly. Will letting them graze for around an hour a day give them this potbelly? What's your opinion on grazing?
