    That's a great way to get back into riding! Also, look at sharing a horse. I have a girl that comes out to work my gelding 2x's a week. I don't charge her for riding, I just like that someone else is working his butt also. Works out great for both of us, she gets to ride, and my brat gets ridden!

    I have a pen that is made with cattle panels and tpost. It works great. I use it mainly for a few hours on the weekends to let the horse graze the rich grass we have in the front yard. The thing I really like is that it is easy and inexpensive to add on to. I don't see why you couldn't use it...

    I agree with putting her in the corner and doing it. I also like to give a treat AFTER it is done. If she is afraid of seeing the bottle - but sure to carry it with you all the time and just don't use it on her. Our donkey was aweful when we first got him about being sprayed. I can spray him now...

    I just bought a nice size roll of grass hay for $85 (that is with delivery) It last me a month with one horse and one mini donk on it full time. Coastal - reg bales: $7.50 Alfie Bales - $14.00 and up. Grass & Alfie - $12.50 and up I am in Central FL
