I was just mowing a portion of my property that I havent mowed in a while. The weeds were about 2 feet high. All of a sudden little baby bunnies started running out of the grass.
I have determined these bunnies are about 2 weeks old. I searched around my property and I gathered up 5 of them...
I have a young barnyard mix rooster available for free to a good home. He was hatched on March 6th, 2012. He is very pretty. He's mostly white with some brown and black mixed in. This young rooster also carries the blue egg gene, so 50% of his pullet offspring should lay blue eggs.

I was thinking of setting up a live webcam/camera but I am not sure how. Does the camera have to be plugged into a computer at all times? What if the camera is outside?
How much will my goat cost me yearly, monthly or weekly? This includes either (2) Alpines OR (2) Nigerian dwarfs? I do not live on a farm therefore do not have pasture for them. They would be producing does and be used as producing my family of four with milk.
So roughly how much could I expect...
How common is it for a goat to have problems kidding? (having to have a C-section etc.) Is it more common in nigerian dwarfs vs larger breeds? Is there a particular breed that is more prone to kidding problems?
Thank you in advance. :)
If you have dairy goats and she has a kid, how long do you have to wait before re breeding her again? I would assume after she stops producing milk? If so, how long is that usually? And how long of a break do people usually give their does?
Thanks in advance. :)

Please help! Thanks in advance! :)

We are a family of four and go through about 3 gallons of milk a week. I would also like some leftover milk for making yogurt, cheese, ice cream ect. I was wondering what breed you guys would reccomend for our family? I would also like to use the goats as harness goats and pull wagons/carts.

It tasted... um.... interesting! It said on the bottle "ultra pasterized". I am going to try it in cereal tomorrow and see how I like it. I am not really a milk person to begin with. It wasn't too bad, but I can't say I liked it. :/
