    thats a great idea, i am getting a pair to put in my frist aid box :) This yr i will be banding my boys for the frist time, myself i have always wimp'd out, :fl but now it's time to suck it up :) and just do it!!!:barnie

    any and all breeds of goats tall or short, will tear up your orchard! i know this from exp.. :) ours can no longer go in that area at all :)

    3 weeks. When to lock her up?

    I put my girls in the kidding stall at about day145, unless they have lost ligs before, they can still see each other so they are not alone, but i think they need a space to themselfs to get comfortable..i do pull babies at birth to bottle feed.

    Broken Leg Help

    around here goats are seen only has farm animals and dont get the same attention as say cat or dog.... animal control could care less!!!! so if the owner can and has taken care of the situation and the animal is recovering well... it's been a good day... I am thrilled your goat is doing so...
