YAY, Football is coming back soon. Been barely hanging on with Nascar, Basketball and Golf. Now at least we can talk about draft picks, even though I really don't know about many of them it gives us NFL folk something good to talk about. I'l catch up though with all the chatter as the Draft...
I'm working on a short story about a small group of people who band together after a post apocolyptic event and was wondering what are some of the things you'd really need to have to survive. I know you need food, shelter, water but what other essentials would you need to survive in your opinion?
Boy Scout's out shoot a Marine. The Marine was cool about it but I laughed and the Marine got voted out by the Boy Scouts, lol. I will say he was a retired Marine and probably not the shape he was when he was in service but you would think the Marine would of won. It was a Black Powder/Muzzle...

I have about half the paper work for the...
So I've been renting some Whether's to weed some bad parts of my pasture and they've been doing a great job of it. The lady that owns the Goats has asked me if I mind switching out most of these Whether's for Does with kids as her pasture is drying out fast and she can't afford good alfalfa...
Ok, I was reading the many posts and wondered if for pasture raising if there is a certain breed or cross that does better than the others.
Size doesn't matter but we wouldn't want real slow growers. We wouldn't have any Boars just a couple gilts to start.
