We have two heifers that have been separated for weaning from their dam for 83 days. Meanwhile the dams have had calves and are nursing. When can I put the heifers back with the dams and not have them trying to nurse the dam? The heifers are about a year old. Thanks!

We really haven't had a vet check him yet. We make our own feed- corn, wheat, milo, some oats, peas and a vitamin and mineral supplement and milk. None of the other hogs in his group are exhibiting his symptoms. I believe he gets enough feed. I guess the vet is the next step. Thanks!
