you have it made for you! The bees love you. Don't tell them you aren't thrilled
Seriously - your buckwheat is nothing like the buckwheat here. I'll have to see it the honey gal is at Brick-N-Barn (think it's this weekend) Brick-N-Barn is actually the old Betty Crocker (yeah that Betty Crocker) farm (house and barn).Almost everyone has been enjoying the buckwheat, except for my family... must be something wrong with us...![]()
Oh I appreciate it and all the hard work, I just don't like it, sounds like I have strange taste buds too...lol And, I have over 5 gallons of it!Something wrong thereyou have it made for you! The bees love you. Don't tell them you aren't thrilled
I appreciate the generous offer of sample pack -- everyone is loving it. But I'm not a honey user really. Oh, a spoon full now & then but when I gave my hives away, I had to stop the receiver from bringing more to me.. DD used it but a cup lasts me a couple yrs. Strange taste buds -- but I love liver & onions.

That's interesting. I wonder if the buckwheat down there is a mixture of other nectars too. It all depends on what's blooming at the same time. Buckwheat is pretty much it around here, except for flowers in our yard and whatever other yards they nick it from.Seriously - your buckwheat is nothing like the buckwheat here. You don't have to be burdened with the buckwheat honey, you can SEND some of it to me. I'll pay postage.Oh I appreciate it and all the hard work, I just don't like it, sounds like I have strange taste buds too...lol And, I have over 5 gallons of it!
Next year, we will pull the supers off before the buckwheat blooms and leave it for the bees. That will make treating for varroa mites easier too.

If you really want some more, let me know how many bottles you would like. You don't have to be burdened with the buckwheat honey, you can SEND some of it to me. I'll pay postage.
