2 day old kid with diarrhea

Hello
My first time freshener kidder two days ago and this morning her buckling's backside is all covered in diarrhea.
Since he's so young, I'm assuming it's not coccidiosis.
He seems normal as far as activity and vitality.
It has been raining heavily the last several days and it's been a struggle to keep the goat shed dry. I'm wondering if that's a contributor.
In any case, I'm planning to keep him clean and keep up with cleaning the goat shed but is there anything else I should do or watch for?

Most new kids are loose when cleaning out from birth. So loose isn't abnormal but not for more than a couple days -- AND so long as not spewing like a pressure washer. I'd watch, clean and see if it isn't clearing within next day.
