5 month old calf has green runny poo and worm question

Phillip is a little stunted and has been since we got him.

But also has had green runny poop which I thought was from moving to gree grass but it has not clear up.

What can I pick up tomorrow for the scours and what should I get to worm him with after the scours are gone.

I'd recommend a fecal to determine if there is a resistant parasite in there or with the stunted growth, my main worry could be coccidia.

If you cant get a fecal........

Probios (get the large tube and give 10 15 g per day until the poop is right)..just shoot it down his throat if you can

Ivermectin (use the package for dosage), then follow that with cydectin 10 days later.

Start a Cocci treatment.......Dimeth (read the package for instructions)

Pull him off the grass until the bowels clear up, offer lots of water and quality hay.
