Ant bites or something else?

Hay my lamb Dutch has these little scabs on his chest. Like the part between his front legs that lays on the ground when he lay down. I think ants are hitting him but is there anything else it could be. The vet didn’t even look at it so I’m not sure. I will spray permethrin for ants again. His skin doesn’t do well with permethrin directly on him. Will ring out help? I’ll get pictures tomorrow.

Could be ants. Ones that got me looked similar. They stung, itched, hived up and got blisters in center 2nd day. Hope you put something on them. I used benadryl lotion. Took several days to go away!.

Can Benadryl go on sheep? I used Veterycen. He seems like they don’t bother him to much. He will kick when i put pressure.
