My horse has the proper amount of grains, grass and hay. She always prefers to eat the fronds of the Queen palms. Are those okay for them to eat?

I haven’t had that problem, so I can’t tell you. But if she has already eaten them and suffered no ill effects, it must be ok. Do a google search on that.

So from what I see, Queen palms are not toxic. They aren’t toxic to humans and I’ve read stories of other horses liking them too.
This article starts out with “The Queen Palm and I got off on the wrong frond. Before I met one I had read it was toxic. There are a few toxic palms but the Queen Palm is not one of them.” http://www.eattheweeds.com/queen-palm-2/
