2020 has been my best tomato year ever! I've had to get real creative to use them all. I've canned plain sauce, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, salsa, dehydrated tomatoes, and BBQ sauce. At @promiseacres request, I am posting my BBQ sauce recipes.

I made 2 different BBQ sauce, sweet and savory. Both are good and both used a bunch of tomatoes!

Baymule's Sweet BBQ Sauce

1 quart tomato sauce, cooked down thick
3 Tblsp Worchestershire
1 Tblsp Liquid Smoke
1 Teasp Onion Powder
1 Teasp Garlic Powder
2 Teasp Mustard Powder
1 Teasp Paprika
1 Teasp Salt
1/2 Teasp Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Cup Ribbon Cane Syrup
1 Cup Brown Sugar

If you don't have Ribbon Cane Syrup (Sorghum Syrup) you can just use more honey.

Combine all ingredients and simmer until well mixed. I canned in pint and half pint jars for 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.

Combine all ingredients and simmer until well mixed. I canned in pint and half pint jars for 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
