So, I know there is more than one way to skin a cat so I'd love to hear everyone's pre breeding practices.

We have 6 Nigerian dwarf doe(ling)s. Two of which have kidded before (recently bought them together- one had already kidded and the second just kidded on May 5th on our farm) but we have never bred any ourselves. We recently purchased a really good quality buckling and are getting our girls ready for when we decide to breed them.

How old do you wait until breeding? Do you give a shot of BOSE/copper bolus? How soon before? Do you give any grain when they aren't bred? Should the buckling be of a certain age regardless of being capable of breeding?

We recently had everyone blood tested and had fecals done so that isnt an issue here right now. I'd love to give everyone the proper meds and health boost prior to getting them bred so any advice would be so welcomed. Thanks !!
