Breeding for Width and double muscling

Hey everyone

I want to know what I would go about looking for in breeding stock if I want to breed for Width of body and double muscling.

I live in Sri Lanka and no one has even heard of anything called a herd book. Breeding is done purely on phenotypical selection.
