Broken horn

My rescue goat that already has a bad leg has managed now to break his horn. He is always head butting something. It didn't break all the way, but is broken almost in two about 3 inches from the end. It bled a little but is not bleeding now. What should I do with him? I thought about taping it up.

If it is mostly off, I would personally take the broken part of it off. Once the bleeding stops, it will heal over.
