I have googled but didn't come up with much. I did a search on here as well and didnt' come up with anything.

OK, how about a couple of butcher cut posters. We have two here, and once you get a feel for it (that you already seem to have) the posters help you get the cuts you want. (BTW, we ship nothing out to a shop unless its greater than 1000 lbs)
