I was going to get a rug for the living room, but am postponing it until Caleb stops teething...

Visited with Caleb today.

He's definitely "coming down". He's eating, doing less humping, more chewing...including a pair of his foster mom's shoes! Caleb slept through the night in his crate, too. The other dogs are teaching him manners, it shows. And he's learned to come up and sit by my feet when he wants petting. Good boy!

Caleb's fur is very soft, and "C" said she's pretty sure he's part spaniel, that would explain his fur and his tail, and spots.

His face patch is probably Aussie, though there might be some Border collie in the mix as well. She also showed me photos of the dogs she trained, mostly for PTSD clients.

I'm going back on Sunday after church...Caleb needs a bath, and I volunteered to help. "C" has herniated disks, so it's difficult to lift the dogs. I can do that.
