Can my mini boer breed my bigger female

Almost a year ago I got a call from a man who rescued a baby goat dumped on RR tracks and I went and got him and bottle fed for 8 weeks. Scheduled appointment to have fixed but he had something going on causing bloating so put off and had worm testing done. Fast forward... we are now close to a year and he is now doing the billy buck thing of curling lips rubbing etc. question can he actually mount this one? The rest I’m not concerned about because they all talk nuebians and he can walk under them... the one on right is the male
