castrated my pigs now has a lump

i had a vet come out about 3 months ago and he castrated my 3 of my pigs and now one has a huge lump under him were he was cut. what do you think it is and what do i need to do to fix it ?

Most likely a hernia, but it's possible that it's an infection. Have the vet check it out. If a hernia, you don't want to cut into it. If an infection, you'll want to drain it.
