I'm getting my Buckling banded tomorrow. Anything I need to know? Freezing and pain meds are provided plus a slow release antibiotics.
I'm stressing over the process and procedures done. Any information about this is greatly appreciated.

You don't really need any of those besides a bander and rubber bands! Check out this video for help and tips!

Then you don't need any pain meds. Was he vaccinated for tetanus before banding? If so, no worries.

I bought him at 5 months. Got him banded at 6 months. Vet was here and gave all my goats tetanus shots. Vet came back and gave him local freezing and banded him. Got antibiotics and pain medication. He now is a happy wether.
