Are we allowed to have Pygmy Goats here in the city of Rocky Mount, NC? If so, what are the rules for having them?

You should probably go to the zoning offfice at the city
Raleigh allows 2 miniature goats if your lot is at least 1/2 acre

Welcome from Northern Minnesota. I know many cities are starting to move towards being allotted 2 mini goats, Duluth, MN where I work, allows 2 Mini goats under the size of 50# now and up to 5 hens (no roo's) so it is promising! I would definitely go to your local Zoning office though to find out for sure.
