From my very limited experience (three kiddings with two does), it is different EVERY SINGLE TIME! My doe that just kidded days ago...this was her second freshening. The first time around, she raised all kinds of hell. Yelling, pacing...poor thing was miserable. This time...she just yelled once and plop...two kids popped out. My other doe (which we no longer have), was just quiet, and kinda paced some, but completely relaxed, and pushed out two kids.
But...congrats on ALL of the new goats. And buckle up. You're in for a wild ride.
