We're having winter today!! BRRRR 20, 15 with wind. Not getting out of low 30s.

I got very little sleep last night. Carson, yard dog with 9 sheep for his buddies, barked every time I drifted off to sleep. He’s big and loud. Full moon, now that we can see it, and clear. I’m guessing wildlife were stirring last night. I take Reina to the vet this morning, check up on her eye. I see an afternoon nap in my near future.

Bought an almond milk coffee creamer. It is measured by the tablespoon. Less calories than heavy cream, for sure, but I have to use so much to even taste it, that it’s really not helpful. Not that great anyway. I guess I’ll stick to black coffee for awhile.

I drink the milky coffee & just deal with the slower weight loss. There are some things I just will not compromise.

Coffee with milk this morning. Yes, I broke down and bought milk again. Milk in coffee is not the same as cream in coffee. Oh well.
