I'd like to show my Nubians, but have absolutely NO show experience with them. The only animal I've ever shown is a calf and that was a LONG time ago. Is there a good site to look up things on how to get started?

There's really not a site to learn on...best thing to do is attend some shows just to watch. Wear your whites and offer to help once you think you might understand what to do...

Ok, where do I find out about shows? On ADGA's website? And what are my whites?

Yep, ADGA has a pretty comprehensive show schedule. Prolly not UTD right now, as most 2011 shows have not been finalized yet.
Customary dairy show clothes are all whites - white pants, white shirt, white shoes. Course, nowadays the formality is saved for showmanship and Nationals, but it's still nice to get as close as you can (I wear white shirts...)
