Constipation/diarrhea

I have a young piglet, who is a runt at about 7lbs. We brought her home from an auction along with another piglet 5 days ago. She has been eating and drinking a lot but now has runny poop. I have seen her poop a little but shes struggling and constipated. Can I give her mineral oil to help the constipation? What else can I give her to help her poop but stop the runs, if that's possible....

How about trying some Probiotics? You can purchase it in powder form but if you also have some live yogurt in the house that will also help. It sounds like her digestive system is a little out of whack so giving her some good bacteria should help.
