I found this recipe on Allrecipes when searching up ways to use up Napa Cabbage. It is now one of my favorite salads. I tried it with regular cabbage, but it wasn't nearly as good, so stick with Napa Cabbage.

1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp salt
1 pinch red chili flakes

Whisk all ingredients together.

Thinly slice 1 head of Napa Cabbage. Toss with 4 sliced green onions (scallions) and 1/2 cup fresh cilantro. Add dressing and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Stir in Dried Cranberries and Almonds when serving.

I store the dressing separately from the cabbage, and mix as needed for my eating. I add the cranberries and almonds with the dressing. I would do the above if I were serving it at a party.

What could be substituted for the yogurt?
I hate yogurt, no one in the family likes it either.:\

Plain greek yogurt doesn't have any taste really with the honey and vinegar, but you could substitute sour cream. The recipe called for either one, I just chose the yogurt.
