click on browse and choose a picture on your computer.
choose the image size
and then submit,

Once it uploads a small thumb nail of the picture will appear.

Highlight(right click) the image Url under the picture and copy and paste onto the post that you want the picture to appear on, once you submit the post the picture will appear.
