Oh you all are BAAAAAAAAd... making me want a lamb so! They are all ceeeeute!
 I agree. I want one. Are sheep easy going? Are they like goats?
I personally have never owned a goat, but my best friend has about six or seven goats...all but three of them are wild and not friendly...the three are friendly and animated. My sheep, though friendly, don't really have distinct personalities. My sheep are really calm and relaxed, so I would say, they are easy going.

:)
Thank you. We owned two. The doe was such a sweet heart. She followed me every where. She would call for me, anytime that she did see me out in the yard. I do miss them. Do your sheep do anything like that?

My sheep go to petting zoos 1 to 4 times per year. Usually I will spend most of my time near their pen so that way if anyone has any questions, I will be close enough to answer them. Also me being close to them prevents anyone from hitting/hurting them (little kids love to pull out their wool to "take it home with them" - and their parents don't say anything :he). But when I would walk away, they would bleat obscenities at me...and when I would come back, there they are, bleating like crazy at me. :p

I don't understand why some parent's don't watch their kids. It upsets me. :rant I make sure that my kids know to respect animals. If not, I ask them, would you want to be treated that way? If they try to be smart and say yes, than I say great, we will trade places with you and the animal. I always wanted to take home a pony, sheep, or whatever they were around. lol That's neat that they do talk to you. There is nothing better than an animal happy to see you. :love
