Disbudding Scar Gone and Bleeding

Hi everyone!

I checked in on my goats a little while ago and my doeling (about 8 weeks old) seems to have torn her disbudding scar off. It's totally gone and there is blood on the area but it isn't actively bleeding, just a spot of blood. Should I be worried or just keep an eye on her to watch out for signs of infection? Should I do something about it?

Just clean it off and put on some fly spray.
