Actually, I have not heard anything about a resurgence of TB in livestock.
In fact there has not been a case of TB or Burccolosis (not sure if that's spelled right) in N.C. in many, many, many, years.f ( I actually think it's 50 years, but not 100% sure)
All commercial dairy animals are required by law to be tested once per year.
If you are concerned, you should talk to your vet.
Now, I know there has been a resurgence of TB in people recently, mostly in Hispanic and Asian immigrants.
