Hiya guys,


Can you believe that it is December already!?!??! Well, I heard one of my does cough, twice. That worries me..... what could it be????

mostly it would be feed or hay or grass stuck and it coughs because of that.

or lung worms and that type of situation could be happening.

2 coughs should not worry you----if it continues then yes you must investigate further.

well anything out of the ordinary that persists with your goats is to be definitely checked because one thing a goat will do, die very fast and almost sometimes never lets you know it is sick til the last moment.

just observe and you will be fine...you care about them so they are in good hands.

yes you have to own goats to truly understand that phrase!

I have had a few instances of "almost sometimes never"---:p

"Always be on your toes" is another good phrase when discussing goats.
