doe with broken leg

so i was giving my does their daily treat, and they usually get all exited and start going nuts, but today one of them, went totally mad and i heard a little snap, so i pick her up to see whats wrong and her leg is dangling and the bone i broken about 5 cm from the hip, so my question is, what should i do? just leave it to heel?, cull?

That is up to you. Sounds like she will need to see the vet. If you don't want to put the money into her, then I would cull her.
