One of the goats had clumpy poop and I found an overload of coccidia (as seen in the pic, which I will treat) and also this weird looking worm thing. Do you know what it is? Pics are on medium power. Thank you!

ETA: I was looking through my parasitology book and thought it looked similar to horse lungworms.:hu

they are hatched worms- you need to have a more powerful magnifier and another book to accurately identify the head/mouth.
i wouldn't worry about it

Do you have a book recommendation?

It sat out for maybe 5 minutes before I did the fecal. Is that enough time to hatch?

No it had already hatched prior to the goat pooping.
Parasitology for Veterinarians is a good book but IMO not really worth it. You really need a very high powered scope to really see.
