Dog with bump on eye...what is it and what can I do?

So we just noticed that our 8.5 year old lab/coonhound has this bump on her eyelid. You can't see it unless you pull her eyelid up. Our dogs in the past have gotten tumors in different places as they aged, and I'm wondering if this is what it is...does anyone have experience with this, or think that it might be something else? Is there anything that I can do or put on it to help? Thanks in advance Sorry for the fuzzy picture, my camera wasn't wanting to focus!

No idea but definitely something I would have a vet check out.
