Would love to see pics of other people's. We have one of each and love them both!

I was told by my english lops breeder that they are horrible mothers and they really struggle with raising them
Has anybody else experienced this? Or is it more likely just their line?
Thanks
This is lilylanes Gordon, our pet qulity buck.

u can see pics of my elops on my website in my siggy. i have only had one litter of elops so far cuz my other girls r not breeding age yet but my first litter i didn't have any problems. i think if they r horrible mothers or not depends on the lines and each doe is different with any breed. i have had many mommas and while some r better than others i've never had one yet to be a horrible mother unless i'm just lucky on that one.

i had bought a pregnant doe checker giant once and the breeder told me it was her first litter to expect her to loose or kill them all. she said every rabbit she ever had lost it's first litter. i was horrified day after i got her she had 9 babies and everyone she raised and lived. i've had many first time mommas since and not lost any of their babies so what happend for one breeder doesn't mean will be the same for another either. i've had first time mom's be better mom's than does who have had several litters so i think it all depends on the doe and the environment around them it shouldn't be the whole breed judged on a one or a few does raised by one person. from what i have read they r wonderful moms also, i've not seen anything yet about them as bad moms.
