So I'm new to rabbits.

And its fun so far. Amazing and fun. Love how quiet they are.

But the best gain so far...

The benefits for free childcare peace bought are immense and worth more than it alll!!!

My brother and his wife keep bringing their kids over to be babysat, and all I have to do is go sit them in front of the rabbit cages for a couple hours anytime I want a little peace and quiet! This is so freaking amazing! (Not to mention, getting them away from the Brainwashing machine (TV).)

This has made it more worth it than the meat and leather opportunities, just to shut up the noisy kids and get them away from the TV!!!

Excellent use of resources! :gig

I remember when my kids were raising meat rabbits for the fair and it simultaneously was a hard time in my life....I'd go out to the rabbit barn at night and sit on a hay bale, listening to them nibble hay and move softly back and forth, tickle their water nipples and just enjoy the quiet and peace of it all. It's therapeutic!

They are 10 days old now. The little ram lamb, the black and white spotted, is already trying to hump the ewes!
