[Farm Animals and Me]

Hello from Queensland Australia. My husband and I live on 40 acres of hills and gullies with stunning views. We run sheep, miniature cows, goats & guinea fowl, as well as our German Shepherd dogs and a working Border Collie for the farm work. It didn’t take long to learn that the ups and downs of a farming lifestyle is a far cry from our previous city based suburban life, and we’ve discovered that animals never do quite what you expect them to. Despite having the most unexpected fun it’s often a case of whaaaaat’s happening on the farm?

Hello there Wild Bug Ranch - our goats are Boer goats for eating weeds. They are good at it!

COOL! I have Nigerian Dwarfs and 2 of them are wethers and they are used for weed control also. I have 1 doe and she isn't used for weed control since she got bit by a rattle snake! We just got 2 new babies added to the herd and are know quarantining them! Do u have any advice for introducing them to the herd?
