First, it has been a while since I've been here. Great to be back. Now with my question.

I have approx. 360 ft. of field fence that I need to install (straight line). I was thinking of laying out the brace posts with the following: 3 brace posts - point A; 2 brace posts at 150 ft. (in between) - point B; and 3 brace posts - point C. Would this be an effective way to get the fence fully stretched without any sagging?

*I plan to dig 3ft. deep for each post.

Thanks in advance fellow farmers.

Ummm so you're saying just those 3 sets of posts? No other posts along the line? That should be more than adequate as far as brace posts are concerned... Welcome back!

Hey "Latestarter!" Yes, correct; there will be posts in between the fence line (I failed to mention it). I also plan to add some Quikcrete for each brace post. Thanks for your response. :)
