Freezing Containers - Glass?

I haven't dived so far into it to know if this is their first lawsuit on it or not. Just figured I'd mention it so y'all could look into it farther if you wanted. Doesn't surprise me at all anymore really. We've used silicone "ziplocks" for a few years now. They work really well. Pretty much the only think we use ziplocks on anymore is emptying bad food or something to toss so it doesn't make a mess in the trash can. Doubt we'll buy more once we are out but we used to buy them by the case so we have a fair bit left.
