Why do I keep getting booted off and needing to get another password to get back on?

It sounds like it might be an issue with your browser cookies (that's what keeps you logged in). Maybe you might need to delete your cookies or maybe your browser is blocking them? I'd also try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.

Ok I am not computer literate at all. Clean my what and where do I find it????
