Our Ram has been alone his whole life except for breeding season. We want to get him a castrated buddy so he is happy, and not alone. But I have a few questions.

How should we introduce them to eachother?

Are there any possibilities they wont get along?

How will they react to eachother?

I would put them together like I would introduce two rams, just in case. Stick them in as small a pen as you can with just hay and water for at least day or until everyone is acting relaxed. There will probably be some shoving and chasing and the ram will probably treat his new buddy like a ewe for a while but they'll get over it.

I have 7 rams and a wether right now and they all manage to get along so I'm sure with time your two boys will too.
